Contribute to a positive patient experience **Responsibilities** \* Ensure quality and efficiency in patient care. \* Manage front desk communications and appointment scheduling. \* Support the team in operational and clinical processes. \* Maintain clinics, materials, and equipment organized and well-stocked. \* Perform administrative, financial, and commercial support tasks. \* Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the entire service process. \* Follow internal procedures with professionalism and effective communication. **Requirements** \* Completed high school education. \* Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative routines. \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \* Proficiency in WhatsApp, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and administrative systems. \* Professional demeanor, discretion, and courtesy in interactions. **Preferred Qualifications** \* Experience in medical or aesthetic clinics. \* Experience issuing invoices and managing financial controls. \* Experience in commercial customer service and preparing quotations. \* Aptitude for supporting content production and digital communication.
