Assistance with the clinic's administrative routines Responsible for in-person and telephone public service, reception organization and administrative support, ensuring friendly, prompt, and efficient service to patients and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet patients, providing courteous and attentive service; * Handle telephone and WhatsApp communications, providing information and directing calls; * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and examinations; * Register patients in the system; * Organize and manage the clinic professionals' schedule; * Receive and forward documents, test results, and correspondence; * Guide patients regarding examination preparations and procedures; * Support reception and service area organization; * Open and close patient records/service files; * Assist with the clinic's administrative routines as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in public service (preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting); * Basic computer skills (systems and Microsoft Office); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and empathy. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; * Location: Medical clinic; * Possible need to work under pressure during peak hours.
