RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES The **Process, Quality, and Projects** area strategically supports standardization, continuous improvement, risk management, innovation, and operational support. Our purpose is to ensure efficiency, governance, and process intelligence across all Group units and contracts. This position will act as a partner to internal departments and executive leadership in structuring, reviewing, improving, and governing corporate processes—ensuring operational efficiency, quality, risk reduction, and compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001\). **Responsibilities and Attributes:** * Map, review, and standardize processes, ensuring clarity, traceability, and efficiency. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating workshops, training sessions, and analyses. * Conduct risk analyses, update the corporate risk matrix, and propose mitigation plans. * Monitor KPIs (BI) and suggest data-driven improvements. * Participate in internal audits and support preparation for external audits. * Contribute to strategic project management by providing methodological and documentation support. * Support communication and dissemination of processes using tools such as ClickUp, Quality Management System, and AI-based solutions. * Act as a change agent, reinforcing a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence. **Qualifications: Mandatory** * Prior experience in **process management, quality, continuous improvement, or projects**. * Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPM, SIPOC, flowcharts, VSM). * Familiarity with KPIs, data analysis, and digital tools (Excel/BI). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, systemic thinking, and capacity to interact effectively across multiple departments. **Desirable (Preferred)** * Experience with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001\). * Experience with digital tools such as **ClickUp**, **Power BI**, and **8Quali**. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or continuous improvement frameworks (Kaizen, Lean). * Academic background or coursework in Processes, Projects, Quality, Lean, Agility, or Public/Private Management. **Candidate Profile: Partnerships** * Proactive individual with a collaborative mindset and solution-oriented focus. * Capable of seamlessly bridging operational and executive functions. * Interested in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement. * Enthusiastic about learning, proposing ideas, and growing alongside the team. **Partnerships:** * Gympass * Corporate University * Discount partnership program (psychologists, nutritionists, universities, accounting services, etc.) * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
