As a Canadian publicly traded company (TSX: ENGH), we are committed to continuous growth and success in all our endeavors. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the implementation process. * Coordinate and manage the onboarding schedule, ensuring all steps are completed as planned. * Provide initial training and support to customers, helping them fully understand and utilize the features of our EMM product. * Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development—to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process. * Develop and update training materials and documentation to facilitate onboarding of new customers. Monitor and report onboarding progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize the process. * **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, or related roles. * Intermediate knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and related technologies is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
