We are hiring a Commercial Assistant to work in the **Santo Antônio neighborhood in Belo Horizonte/MG:** **Fixed salary \+ variable monthly commission between R$ 1\.000 and 1\.300\.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide diverse administrative support to sales executives throughout the sales process for products and services related to social events, corporate events, and custom orders. * Enter quotations into the system after preliminary negotiation between the consultant and the client. * Enter tasting menu information into the system and communicate it to relevant departments (Marketing, PCE, Império, etc). * Enter courtesy and custom order information into the system and communicate it to relevant departments (Production, Dispatch, and Custom Orders). * Monitor customer service via WhatsApp and telephone, supporting diverse client needs during communication with consultants and internal departments. * Finalize quotations in the system upon completion of event negotiations; for events scheduled within less than 24 hours, notify relevant departments (Production, Dispatch, and Império). * Generate specific reports and indicators for event tracking and/or controls and analyses pertinent to the department overall. * During specific holiday periods with high in-store service volume, support the Commercial Attendant with various tasks. **Requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields) * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Proactivity. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred**: Experience with general administrative routines.
