Additionally, we serve companies in the USA and LATAM. **About the candidate we seek:** We are looking for a **Systems Administrator** to deliver advanced technical support, handle escalated tickets, and assist in maintaining stable and reliable IT operations for international and national clients. The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and solid experience in Microsoft, AWS, and VMware environments. **Responsibilities:** * Handle escalated Level 2 and 3 tickets requiring advanced problem-solving. * Provide support and administer Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and Office 365\. * Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange (permissions, access, email flow, and licensing). * Support AWS and VMware environments (basic administration and troubleshooting). * Manage application installations, updates, and general IT service requests. * Address tickets related to internal company tools and systems. * Sustain, administer, and optimize on\-premises and cloud infrastructure environments. **Requirements:** * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) – **mandatory** * Prior experience in Level 2 technical support; * Knowledge of Microsoft environments: AD, Exchange, Teams. * Familiarity with AWS and VMware tools. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **What we offer?** * Competitive market-based salary; * Bonus for goal achievement; * Unimed health plan \- Unipart Flex; * Bradesco dental plan \- Bradesco; * Flash card \- R$55.00 per day; * Day off; * English course \- reimbursement model; * Well\-being benefits – TotalPass, Clude, and C4life.
