Support Information Technology department routines by assisting in the maintenance, technical support, and improvement of the company's systems and technological resources, contributing to business continuity and process efficiency.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide **technical support** to users (hardware, software, and internal systems);
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals;
* Support technical ticket management and incident logging;
* Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (networks, internet, servers — as defined by the internship scope);
* Support operating system and software updates;
* Assist in managing the IT equipment inventory;
* Support the creation and updating of technical documentation and user manuals;
* Collaborate on technology improvement and innovation projects;
* Support administrative tasks within the IT department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of computer science (hardware, operating systems, networks, or technical support);
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365;
* Interest in learning and developing\-ing professionally in the IT field;
* Must reside in Perdões\-MG.
