





Description: We are looking for an organized, collaborative, and curious individual eager to learn and grow alongside our Human Resources team! This position focuses on routine tasks within the Personnel Department, employee benefits administration, and administrative support to internal departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities and duties * Support Personnel Department routines, including timekeeping, vacation management, hiring, and terminations; * Assist in benefits administration, processing employee enrollments and removals, and providing support regarding health plans, transportation vouchers, and meal vouchers; * Support the organization and verification of employee documents; * Update internal HR spreadsheets and systems with registration and contractual information; * Contribute to the maintenance and filing of employee records; * Support Facilities routines, including monitoring service providers, managing supplies, and providing departmental support; * Assist in preparing administrative announcements and notices for the team.
