Job Summary: A nursing professional to work in the ICU, providing direct patient care, supporting the team, and ensuring patient safety and quality of care. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on patient safety and quality of care **Requirements:** * Completed Nursing Technician program; * ICU experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel); * Basic computer skills. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct patient care, including admission, progress notes, medication administration, wound dressings, hygiene, and continuous monitoring. Support the team in procedures, examinations, and internal patient transport, ensuring proper documentation, equipment organization, and disinfection. Ensure patient safety and quality of care by participating in institutional committees and adhering to internal protocols. **Schedule:** Availability to work **12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12X36).** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.844,81 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
