




**HR Intern** \- \#1062 Workload: 6h/day \- 08:00 to 15:00 (1h lunch break) **Responsibilities:** * Support and execute processes related to people and talent management: recruitment and selection, training and development, employee retention and onboarding; * Interact with internal and external clients, providing support and guidance to departments; * Monitor and manage departmental indicators; * Control budgets and contracts; * Analyze and prepare managerial reports; * Assist in building and reviewing department processes; * Responsible for conducting surveys and presentations for management. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields; * Availability to complete a 2-year internship; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in HR processes will be a differentiating factor.
