




Job Summary: This position supports R&S processes, onboarding, onboarding integration, time tracking management, payroll processing, internal employee assistance, and HR document filing and organization. Internal employee assistance and HR document filing and organization **Responsibilities:** Support R\&S processes, from resume screening to interview scheduling; Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees; Input and monitor electronic and digital time tracking data; Provide support for payroll, benefits, and labor obligations; Provide internal employee assistance and general departmental support; Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files and documents; **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Prior experience in HR administrative routines is a plus; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; Proficiency with time tracking and payroll systems; Having a personal vehicle is a plus **Benefits** Salary: R$ 2.800,00 Chartered Bus (no cost) Discount on internal products On-site meals (with discount) Partnerships with Sesc São Carlos and SEST/SENAT.
