Job Summary: Provides support to customers/users, guiding them in the use of hardware and software, assisting with system installation and configuration, and training users. Key Highlights: 1. Customer/user support and guidance 2. System installation and configuration 3. User training and follow-up * Provide support to customers/users, guiding\-them in the use of hardware and software. Assist with system installation and configuration at customer sites. * Train users and clarify questions related to system usage. * Provide support during the first weeks after implementation to resolve initial issues. * Monitor implementation stages, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. * Document the implementation process.
