




Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Geographic knowledge of the city; * Driver’s license category B and defensive driving certification. The following will be considered advantageous: * Six months of experience in the telecommunications field; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embodying the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participating in meetings and organizational commitments when requested; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Driving the company vehicle when necessary; * Performing other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and as directed by leadership; * Maintaining the vehicle in accordance with procedures defined by the Fleet Management Department, ensuring its proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety processes, such as JSA — Job Safety Analysis — and using PPEs, in compliance with current legislation; * Performing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, according to the company’s defined operational procedures; making recommendations for additional or new sales; * Safeguarding and being responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of resources provided by the company, as well as inspecting the work environment after service execution to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512210202551931212
