We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive **Industrial Electrician**, capable of transforming specifications into efficient and safe solutions, ensuring excellence in execution and reliability in results. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble, adjust, and install electrical and electronic panels according to technical drawings and applicable standards. * Accurately interpret electrical schematics, ensuring correct installation and proper operation of systems. * Assemble electrical components and structures with focus on quality and technical compliance. * Install and connect wiring to industrial automation devices, adhering to safety and performance standards. * Perform functional tests, identify faults, and implement corrections in electrical and automated systems. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical components and automation systems. * Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure efficient system integration. **Requirements** * Proven experience assembling industrial electrical panels. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Practical knowledge of industrial automation devices (PLCs, sensors, inverters, etc.). * Experience in manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of automated systems. * Basic computer skills. * Technical or higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Automation. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). * Easy access to the Contagem – MG region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with technical regulations (NRs, NBR, IEC). * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across multidisciplinary areas. * Interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development. * Experience with system integration and customized projects. **Why Join Our Team?** * Technical and collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation. * Involvement in highly complex industrial projects. * Recognition of practical expertise and support for professional growth. * Monthly Bonus Incentive Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.770,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
