Competitive analysis and inventory management Position: E-commerce Sales Assistant Industry: Automotive Parts Location: Belo Horizonte/MG Working Hours: Business hours – Monday to Saturday Employment Type: CLT Technical Skills: * Prior experience in e-commerce and online sales; * Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre); * Product listing and advertisement creation with strategic descriptions; * Basic knowledge of pricing, competitive analysis, and advertisement performance; * Inventory control, restocking, and product organization; * Digital channel customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Create, update, and manage marketplace listings; * Monitor the entire sales process: negotiation, posting, and final delivery; * Provide customer service across all digital platforms; * Monitor advertisement performance and propose improvements; * Analyze competition and market trends to adjust pricing; * Manage and replenish inventory; * Handle Instagram activities including posts, stories, and commercial support. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the automotive parts industry; * Experience managing social media for sales purposes. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: R$ 1.750,00 \+ performance-based bonus Benefits: * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Meal Allowance of R$ 30.00 per working day.
