




Job Summary: Responsible for pre-billing and organizing medical records, ensuring accurate auditing and resolution of pending items to accelerate the billing process. Key Highlights: 1. Supports humanized, high-quality patient care. Responsible for performing pre-billing and organizing IMP medical record documents. Ensures all documents undergo proper pre-audit and necessary actions are taken promptly to resolve any pending issues, thereby accelerating the routing of medical records to the billing department. Monitors external audits conducted by health insurance providers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Print the daily census report for the current day and the previous day to verify which patients were discharged; * Carefully review all medical record documents entrusted to your care; * Organize the medical record by arranging documents chronologically and following the sequence specified in the "Medical Record Organization" document; * Check for pending items such as missing signatures, unchecked items, absent documents or packaging, illegible signatures, incorrect checkmarks, and identify the staff member responsible for each error; complete the "Nursing and Multidisciplinary Team Non-Conformance Control Sheet", created for each Pre-Auditor, and submit it to the responsible supervisor at the end of the week for appropriate follow-up; * Verify via the MV system whether all documents related to the audited day are complete; * Flag documents with pending items, specifying the discrepancies found and the name of the staff member involved, and forward them to the responsible supervisor for appropriate follow-up; * Ensure all medical records received on the same day undergo pre-audit; * Assemble the complete medical record within 48 hours, ensuring it is fully assembled and properly ordered for billing; * Seal the medical record using a rail stapler; * Make the verified and properly organized medical record available for delivery to the billing department for appropriate account collection; * Monitor external audits conducted by health insurance providers and healthcare operators; * Request equipment repair or maintenance services from the maintenance department by opening a service order (O.S.) via the ENGEMAN system; * Request IT services via SERVICE DESK; * Attend departmental and institutional training sessions when required; * Be familiar with Work Instructions/PRS relevant to your position; * Maintain confidentiality of all information contained in audited medical records; * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. **DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Experience in medical record auditing Technical Nursing course **Additional Information** **Meals:** Meal Allowance / Food Allowance of R$ 28.60 per working day; **Well-being:** Unimed medical and dental plan; Sesc partnership (clubs, lodges, and discounts); Droga Clara pharmacy network; **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Education:** Exclusive discounts and scholarships at Anhanguera University; **Recognition:** Vacation return bonus; **Financial Solutions:** Payroll-deductible loan from Sicoob; Performance-based commission Are you seeking more than just a job?
