




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing procurement, administrative expenses, supplier and service provider support, and general branch management assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement and administrative expense management. 2. Support in branch maintenance and organization. 3. Interaction with suppliers and service providers. * Procure branch supplies (cleaning materials, pantry items, PPEs, etc.), including quotations, system entries, approvals, and payments; * Control administrative expenses by managing corporate card expenditures for the branch and its leaders, and maintaining up-to-date reports; * Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and coordinate communication with the commercial department; * Perform external tasks such as visits to banks, city halls, notary offices, and suppliers to resolve administrative pending matters; * Monitor PPE usage, controlling distribution, records, and compliance reports according to safety regulations; * Maintain the branch's legal documentation, ensuring licenses and certificates remain current; * Provide support to the fleet department, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. * Oversee branch maintenance activities, identifying service providers and aligning repair work with the maintenance department. * Ensure branch organization and cleanliness, guaranteeing a safe and efficient working environment.
