Job Mission * Responsible for operating and maintaining industrial packaging equipment to achieve planned production volume while ensuring quality requirements, minimizing costs, and avoiding waste across packaging lines in manufacturing units. * Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health. * Adhere to life-saving rules. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the employer. Main Responsibilities * Operate packaging machinery in accordance with existing operational standards and acquired training; * Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks by following the established cleaning plan (5S and CILT) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; * Carry out autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities related to basic condition maintenance (RBC) and operational condition maintenance on operated equipment; * Conduct laboratory analyses of soda concentration, additives, and chlorine in bottle washers; turbidity and dirt levels at water treatment stations; * Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by recording and analyzing equipment and process failures under one’s responsibility, and executing routine cards; * Participate in continuous improvement of local performance indicators through involvement in continuous improvement teams; * Conduct quality inspections to prevent rework; * Perform routine cleaning and inspection of equipment; * Support activities related to HACCP; * Comply with safety regulations by correctly using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Record data in SAP system to ensure product and process traceability; * Perform medium-complexity repairs and maintenance. Academic Qualifications * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Automation, or Mechatronics. Requirements * Basic computer skills; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Knowledge of management control tools; * Knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance for industrial equipment; * Relevant experience practicing TPM (Total Productive Management); * Knowledge of autonomous management of packaging equipment; Benefits We deeply care about your health!
