The candidate must monitor performance indicators, guide the team in task execution, and guarantee proper operation of machinery, equipment, and production flow. ### **Prerequisites** Technical Competencies: Proficiency in straight-stitch, overlock, interlock, bias-binding, buttonholing, bartacking, topstitching, and elastic-attaching machines. Knowledge of various sewing techniques. Ability to train and develop the team, plus capacity to plan, organize, and efficiently allocate production workload. Analytical mindset is expected for interpreting work orders, monitoring processes, and prior experience in team leadership. EXCEL KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS. Behavioral Competencies: The candidate must have an execution-oriented profile, be punctual, results-focused, and possess strong prioritization skills.
