We seek a committed, agile, and detail-oriented Seamstress/Sewer to manufacture pet rehabilitation products such as collars and vests, made from nylon webbing and Spacer Mesh fabric. Our products are not clothing but technical items requiring durability, precision, and high finishing standards. It is essential that the candidate be dynamic, proactive, disciplined, and goal- and quality-focused, ensuring consistent deliveries within established deadlines. Responsibilities: • Perform sewing and assembly of pet rehabilitation collars, vests, and accessories; • Work with nylon webbing, Spacer Mesh fabric, and other technical materials; • Operate straight-stitch sewing machines, bartack machines, and arm or bias machines (as required); • Ensure product durability, safety, and quality finishing standards; • Strictly follow technical specifications, production processes, and operational instructions; • Maintain organization and standardization at the workstation; • Meet production, quality, and deadline targets set by leadership; • Identify and report defects, necessary adjustments, or non-conformities; • Collaborate as part of a team to support efficient production flow; • Ensure proper use of materials, machinery, and equipment; • Comply with internal regulations and safety guidelines.
