Dana Cosméticos | Itatiba - SP | On-site Job Description At Grupo Dana, the Logistics Leader will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and standardized execution of logistics processes—from receiving to shipping—through team leadership, operational control, and support to supervision, ensuring operational fluidity, material accuracy, and on-time delivery. Reports to the Industrial Head. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor, control, and guide the team in executing defined logistics activities and processes set by supervision or coordination. * Support supervisors and coordinators through team follow-up, operational training, and logistics process control. * Participate in material receiving, inspection, storage, internal movement, and shipping processes. * Control material receiving, including physical verification, visual inspection, and documentation validation (purchase orders, invoices, deadlines, quantities, and specifications). * Ensure proper approval or rejection of received materials and their appropriate routing to the warehouse. * Monitor the flow of documents and invoices related to logistics operations. * Prepare the team to provide coverage in case of absence from the area when necessary, directly supporting the team during workload peaks, staff reassignments, absences, or delays. * Develop procedures and technical instructions for Production. * Train the team on departmental work standards. * Participate in Production and related department meetings. * Issue material requisitions and monitor area replenishment. * Ensure quality of processes, products, organization, and equipment maintenance.
