**Position: Logistics Assistant – Freight Carrier** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to work in our freight transportation department. The professional will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative management of the fleet and transportation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, adherence to legal regulations, and efficiency in customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control less-than-truckload (LTL) and/or full truckload (FTL) freight transportation operations; * Conduct follow-up with drivers, partner carriers, and customers regarding deliveries and pickups; * Verify mandatory documentation (CT-e, MDF-e, ANTT, insurance, and other legal requirements); * Support route planning and scheduling of pickups and deliveries; * Monitor logistics performance indicators (on-time performance, incidents, freight costs, returns, damages); * Assist in controlling transportation costs, freight negotiations, and third-party payments; * Contribute to implementing improvements in transportation and service processes; * Provide administrative support to the logistics team and leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred); * Proven experience in freight transportation or logistics (minimum 3 years); * Knowledge of transportation legislation, fiscal documentation, and freight processes; * Proficiency in control tools (Excel, TMS/ERP systems); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation aptitude. **Advantages:** * Experience working at a medium- or large-scale freight carrier; * Knowledge of road transportation of hazardous or special cargo; * Ability to analyze logistics performance indicators. **Work Location:** Uberlândia **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday; Sundays when necessary 13:00 to 22:00 hrs **Employment Type:** (CLT) **Remuneration:** 2\.658,86 Benefits: Flexible card R$825.00 Position Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.658,86 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Experience: * Logistics (Preferred)
