We are seeking an experienced and gastronomy-passionate **Cook** to join a high-end restaurant renowned for the quality of its dishes and excellence in service. ### **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to technical specifications and the restaurant’s established presentation standards; * Organize and supervise mise en place prior to each shift; * Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation, adhering to food safety regulations; * Collaborate effectively with fellow cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure service speed and quality; * Support the head chef and sous chef with operational kitchen demands; * Monitor ingredient usage and ensure proper food storage and preservation. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in medium- to large-scale restaurants, preferably high-end establishments; * Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, plating methods, and food safety; * Ability to maintain performance under pressure without compromising quality; * Commitment to punctuality, discipline, and teamwork; * Completed high school education (a technical gastronomy course is a plus). ### **Desired Profile:** An agile, organized professional with strong attention to detail who values both the visual presentation and flavor profile of every dish.
