




**Description** We are hiring a **Baker** to work on the bread production line, supporting the baking team and ensuring that shaping, baking, and roasting processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and swiftly at scale. **Responsibilities and duties** Experience supporting the bakery department by roasting doughs and various types of bread according to technical specifications and quality standards. Ability to oversee product receiving and storage in customer inventory. Skill in supplying the production line with necessary ingredients and raw materials. Proactivity in proposing improvements that reduce production time and minimize waste. Organizational ability to plan daily production together with the store leader using control tools. Competence to guide operators in production, packaging, display, and sector cleaning activities. Commitment to following recipes, yields, and standards, avoiding input waste. Care for cleanliness, organization, and preparation of the workspace for the next shift. Availability to perform other related tasks when requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma. 2 to 4 years of experience in the field (bakery assistant and/or baker). Production and preparation of various types of bread (Baker). Basic knowledge of pastry. Food handling and safety techniques. Operation of ovens and production equipment. Concepts of sanitation in food production environments.
