We are hiring an Administrative Assistant whose mission is to support the sales department by providing comprehensive support to the sales process, including organizing and controlling documentation and records, managing data in spreadsheets, and coordinating information across the entire sales team. **Skills** * Proactivity; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams; * Negotiation skills. **Responsibilities** * Directly support the sales team alongside the tax officer in preparing and invoicing proposals; * Receive proposals, create the project folder and subfolders (invoicing, proposals, and measurement); * Create purchase orders and request invoices when products are shipped; * Enter data into the measurement spreadsheet after the invoice is issued; * Send updated measurements to sales managers at the end of each week; * Contact clients; * Attend construction site meetings, updating measurements and status.
