**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m.
**Level:** Supervision/Coordination
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Achieve established goals by offering products and services aligned with customer expectations, equipping the team with relevant performance information;
* Achieve goal plans, customer satisfaction, and loyalty in the short, medium, and long term;
* Develop initiatives to expand the customer base and promote product and service sales;
* Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses in accordance with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees compatible with the business conducted;
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions aimed at achieving institutional objectives;
* Support the team in negotiating and closing more complex or larger-scale deals;
* Guarantee service excellence and an outstanding customer experience;
* Ensure branch processes comply with applicable regulations, policies, and current legislation;
* Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory bodies, as well as institutional policies;
* Fulfill obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Law;
* Promote the professional development of team members;
* Maintain delinquency indicators at minimum acceptable levels;
* Cooperate with internal and external auditors, as well as Sicoob’s Internal Controls and Risk Management area.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related areas;
* CPA 10 certification;
* Proficiency in sales techniques;
* Proficiency in negotiation of financial products and services;
* Knowledge of financial institutions;
* Familiarity with Central Bank (BACEN), Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and ANBIMA regulations;
* Experience leading teams.
Desirable:
* CPA 20\.
