For yet another year, Exame Magazine featured Capebe in its “Best and Largest Companies” list, ranking it among the top 400 agribusiness companies in Brazil. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in collecting, sorting, and preparing coffee samples; * Support physical classification of beans (type, cup quality, defects, screen size, and moisture); * Assist in organizing and identifying coffee lots; * Record analysis information and results; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Support the classifier in departmental routines and quality control; * Follow safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Attention to detail and good organizational skills; * Willingness to learn and perform operational activities; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in coffee classification or processing; * Coursework or basic knowledge of coffee classification; * Experience working in warehouses, cooperatives, or export companies.
