You stand out if you have: Completed or ongoing technical education in Road Construction or Building Construction. * Supervise and inspect high-complexity construction projects, monitoring field teams, material consumption, and procurement of inputs in accordance with the project specifications, Quality Plan, and tender requirements. Conduct inspections at work fronts, laboratories, and plants, overseeing tests and approval processes, as well as controlling material receipt, concrete pouring activities, and preparation of technical reports (daily site logs, photographic records, and incident reports). * Support the responsible engineer in quantity surveys and quantification control, reporting non-conformities and potential design changes. Issue notifications, authorize or suspend work fronts, approve or reject test results, and represent the engineer during field activities. * Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and appropriate working conditions. Collaborate with the Safety Technician in identifying and eliminating hazards, ensuring adherence to current regulations. * Monitor the physical\-financial schedule, identify resource requirements, and ensure execution of activities within deadlines and technical standards. Participate in the project handover process, guide junior inspectors, and act in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules, promoting safety, proper waste management, and environmental compliance. 2512210202551748576
