We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support training of new operators in production processes, aiming to develop their technical and theoretical skills in cutting or bending departments; * Guide operators and resolve technical questions related to production, safety, and quality; * Monitor prototype and pilot batch production on cutting or bending machines; assist in process validation and subsequently disseminate this knowledge among cutting or bending department operators; * Substitute operators in the department as needed to meet stamping requirements; * Complete production and quality reports, supporting supervisors in identifying production process interferences to formulate corrective actions; * Report nonconformities identified in production processes to Quality and Engineering teams to identify root causes and seek solutions for correction and containment; * Submit part requisition requests via system or discard/return forms for unused or rejected items from the production area; * Evaluate and disposition nonconforming parts using specific forms, routing such parts to designated locations; * Request maintenance department to repair machines/equipment/infrastructure as needed; * Engage Quality and other interfacing departments for support when necessary; * Conduct 5S audits on production lines and identify improvement and compliance opportunities; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive working environment; * Rework parts when necessary.*.* **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Mechanics/Automation or equivalent. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
