Proximity to leadership and professional development Geoavaliar is at a strategic moment of **internal organization and audit preparation**, and seeks an Environmental Licensing Specialist (Execution and Operations) to execute and organize Geoavaliar’s environmental licensing processes, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and smooth management of documentation and requirements with environmental agencies. This position is essential to ensure that people-related routines align with the **Quality Management System**, with well-documented, clear, and executable processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct environmental licensing processes (LP, LI, LO), from submission through follow-up until approval * Prepare, review, and organize environmental studies (RCA, PCA, RAS, PRAD, among others) * Interface with environmental agencies (IBAMA, SEMAD, FEAM, municipal agencies) * Monitor deadlines, technical requirements, and pending items in processes * Manage clients’ environmental documentation (organization, updating, and tracking) * Support clients’ environmental regularization, identifying needs and next steps * Assist in the initial structuring of environmental licensing and advisory services (model under development – MVP) **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Biology, or related fields * Active professional council registration (CREA/CRBio) * Practical experience in environmental licensing (LP, LI, LO) * Experience working with environmental agencies (especially SEMAD/FEAM or equivalents) * Experience preparing environmental studies **Relevant Differentiators** * Experience managing full processes (from initiation to approval) * Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously * Experience in corporate environmental regularization (consulting/advisory) **Expected Profile** * Strong execution capability (this is not a management position) * Organization and deadline management * Autonomy in conducting processes * Technical judgment and attention to quality * Ability to handle high volume and concurrent demands WHAT WE OFFER * Environment undergoing growth and organization * Proximity to leadership * Genuine opportunity to structure processes * Space for professional development Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.013,14 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
