Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** **Support the team in low-complexity activities, with a high level of supervision and guidance, either on-site or remotely;*** **Support software implementation in projects executed by the department—whether client engagements or internal TOTVS projects (with a high level of guidance and supervision)—in accordance with the TOTVS Implementation Methodology and department-established processes;** * **Support the team in achieving departmental results and goals by completing assigned tasks and adhering to departmental processes and procedures;*** **Open support tickets with the Support team under supervision from more experienced analysts;** * **Assist the team in preparing reports, presentations, system data loads, and other operational departmental activities.** Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in a technology-related field; * Knowledge of corporate functional areas and business domains: Finance, HR, Accounting, Tax, Inventory, and Backoffice; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
