Our reliability engineers apply observability, automation, resilient architecture, and SRE best practices to guarantee that each service scales stably and predictably. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Senior SRE Analyst**, you will: * Support squads in infrastructure definition; * Support, develop, and implement solutions ensuring resilience, scalability, security, and availability for Elo’s new services; * Eliminate toil by building automation for development and self-healing capabilities across infrastructure and applications; * Manage hybrid environments, AWS, and Azure; * Resolve issues impacting our services using automation to prevent recurrence; * Collaborate on defining system metrics and observability dashboards for infrastructure and services; * Collaborate on defining infrastructure capacity testing; * Lead crisis management in production environments and conduct Post Mortems. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this challenge, we require you to: * Be familiar with Agile methodologies within a DevOps culture; * Embrace a "Automate Everything" mindset; * Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go; * Have solid experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes); * Have solid experience in infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC); * Have solid experience creating reusable modules and providers in IaC tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Ansible; * Be fluent in Linux operating systems; * Demonstrate strong self-management skills; * Have 2+ years of experience with Cloud Providers (AWS and Azure); * Exhibit resilience when handling high-pressure situations; * Possess deep knowledge of TCP and HTTP protocols; * Have solid expertise in observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Datadog, Loki, etc.); * Have substantial experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments using open-source technologies; * Demonstrate ownership mentality and collaborative spirit as mandatory traits; * Have experience developing reliability indicators and dashboard models (SLI, SLO, and Error Budget).
