We are looking for a professional to join the relationship team, responsible for serving client portfolios comprising insurable and/or non-insurable benefits of medium complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver service to medium-complexity client portfolios via in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all clients receive timely and accurate assistance tailored to their needs. * Provide customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of client needs, thereby clarifying doubts and/or supplying necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits. * Support clients regarding reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals via in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring effective reimbursement for expenses incurred outside the accredited network. * Carry out necessary procedures for market research by collecting required data and/or information to complete quotation forms, thus identifying optimal terms and facilities for the client within the renewal timeframe. * Prepare reports and/or presentations on claims indicators using organized data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses, thereby providing clients with policy performance results. * Identify opportunities for improvement by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, and proposing actions enabling continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as required or demanded by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Excel * Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, plus knowledge of current ANS regulations * Client-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication **Additional Information** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher * Transportation allowance MDS is one of the country’s leading insurance brokerage firms specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
