Lemam Construções is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to join our Selection team at the construction company’s office. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection, managing the full selection process—from job posting to candidate hiring. * Experience managing job openings in the Pandapé system, including closing a high volume of positions monthly. * Preferred: experience in recruitment for the Construction industry. ### **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on Pandapé and social media platforms. * Scheduling and conducting technical and behavioral interviews. * Evaluating and approving candidates together with managers. * Scheduling pre-employment medical examinations. * Preparing and sending bank account opening letters, according to the construction site to which the candidate will be assigned. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
