Job Summary: A Level 2 technical support professional responsible for handling complex tickets, administering Windows servers, infrastructure monitoring, and ensuring system security. Infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana Working Hours * Monday to Friday. **From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** 1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break. Responsibilities * **Providing advanced Level 2 technical support, resolving complex tickets and ensuring operational continuity.** * Administering Windows servers and Active Directory. * **Monitoring infrastructure using Zabbix and Grafana.** * Configuring and supporting networks (TCP/IP, OpenVPN, RDP) and firewalls (PfSense). * **Ensuring corporate system security and stability.** * Supporting accounting platforms (Domínio, Questor) and Brazilian Federal Revenue software. * **Managing a high volume of tickets with prioritization and agile resolution.** * Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure an excellent user experience. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum experience: 2 years in the field. **Windows Server 2016 to 2025.** Advanced Active Directory (AD). * **Proficiency in Zabbix and Grafana.** * Knowledge of networking and protocols including TCP/IP and OpenVPN. * **Knowledge of RDP, PfSense (configuration), and Brazilian Federal Revenue software.** * A university degree is not required. * **Preference for candidates from technology companies.** * Hands-on profile (less theory, more practice). * **Dynamic, capable of managing a high volume of tickets.** * Career progression: structured plan up to Engineer level. Desirable * Advantage: experience with Domínio and Questor systems.
