Hybrid work model with flexible hours **Internship Position**: Customer Service and Marketing (Event Venue) **Sector**: Event venue – Weddings and adult birthday parties We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive individual to support customer service and marketing activities at our event venue. **Responsibilities** \* Direct online customer service (via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels) \* Managing and updating spreadsheets \* Organizing contracts, proposals, and documents \* Creating simple graphics using Canva \* Creating videos and social media content **Requirements** \* Strong verbal and written communication skills \* Organizational skills and proactivity \* Professional and courteous demeanor \* Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets \* Familiarity with Canva \* Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar \* Interest in public-facing customer service \* No prior experience required \* Personal computer or laptop required **Work Schedule** \* 6 hours per day (schedule to be agreed upon) \* Hybrid model (remote + on-site) **Compensation** \* R$ 1\.100,00 \* Transportation allowance for on-site days Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Payment: R$1\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
