Job Summary: Operational professional to work in the manufacturing area, responsible for authorizing special work activities, inspecting and testing fire protection systems, conducting training sessions, and responding to emergencies. Key Highlights: 1. Performing fire prevention and suppression activities in industrial environments. 2. Participating in emergency drills and confined space rescue operations. 3. Certified Civil Firefighter with knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). **Job Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing * Authorize Special Work Activities (SWA) (e.g., hot work, flammable materials handling); * Inspect fire prevention and suppression equipment; * Conduct functional tests on fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, smoke detectors, pump houses, etc.); * Deliver training sessions (Fire Prevention Training, Fire Safety Training); * Manage maintenance of portable fire-fighting equipment; * Respond to emergencies across the entire Betim plant (employees and third parties); * Know and apply the plant’s Fire Emergency Plan directives; * Participate in emergency drills across various scenarios; * Inspect resources provided for activity execution (e.g., equipment, PPE, etc.); * Supervise and perform rescues during confined space operations. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education; * Languages: Fluent Portuguese; * Certification as a Civil Firefighter; * Active accreditation with the Minas Gerais Military Fire Department (CBMMG); * NR 33 course (Confined Space Work); * NR 35 course (Work at Heights); * Technical knowledge of NR 20 (Flammable Materials); * Brazilian National Driver's License Class "D"; * Knowledge of CBMMG Technical Instructions (ITs); * Knowledge of Pre-Hospital Care (APH); * Knowledge of risk analysis; * Additional academic courses, specializations, or extensions (desirable); * Experience working in the manufacturing industry (desirable). **Benefits** -------------- **Medical Assistance** **Dental Assistance** **Gym Allowance** **Childcare Assistance** **Internal Benefits** **Basic Food Basket** **Parking** **Shuttle Service** **Profit Sharing Program** **On-site Meal** **Life Insurance** **About the Company** ------------------- About Stellantis Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automakers and mobility providers, present on all continents, with manufacturing plants in 30 countries and operations in 150 commercial markets.
