




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building installations, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting work. Job Description and Responsibilities: Education: Completed high school; technical or vocational training in building maintenance is preferred. Certifications: NR-10 (even if not working directly as an electrician) & NR-35. Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with minor electrical repairs, basic plumbing maintenance, masonry and painting services. Experience adjusting doors and locks, maintaining ceilings and drywall, as well as basic knowledge of air conditioning systems. Performing routine preventive maintenance on building installations. Preferred Qualification: Experience providing service or maintenance across multiple units or operational sites. Behavioral Requirements: Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams, commitment to safety regulations, and willingness to work on rotating shifts when required.
