If you are looking for a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and one that partners with clients to enhance their results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals for maintenance services (in workshop and/or on-site), refurbishment, and repair of motors, including estimation of all necessary costs. * Contact potential customers by phone, understand their technical needs, and propose the best technical/commercial solution; * Collect necessary information from customers to prepare proposals, understand their needs; analyze and draft a detailed technical and commercial proposal description; * Estimate costs associated with the quoted process (internal, external, subcontracted, logistics, etc.); * Conduct technical site visits to gather necessary information for proposals, including full availability for travel when required; * Prepare calculation memoranda for proposals, cost composition, BDI (Burden and Indirect Costs), taxes for pricing formation; define the technical scope and final proposal for the customer based on the proposed technical solution; * Prepare inspection reports demonstrating the motor's condition to the customer; * Participate in meetings with other company departments to present results, action plans, resource requirements, and support needs, aiming to achieve better outcomes within your area of responsibility; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Technical course in Electrotechnology or related fields. A completed bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related areas is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Electrical machines * Estimating techniques * Cost composition **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this role or in related areas.
