One of the largest manufacturers of electrical sector solutions in Latin America, with over 57 years of history and presence in Brazil and the United States, is seeking an Engineering Coordinator responsible for overseeing the technical and operational activities of the Mechanical Engineering areas within the Voltage Regulator Business Unit, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to schedules and budgets, and alignment with the company’s strategic planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Product Engineering, or related fields (preferred). Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams. Advanced knowledge of CAD tools, electrical calculations, simulation, and project management. Familiarity with product development and innovation methodologies (e.g., Stage-Gate, Agile, Lean). Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strategic vision and results-oriented focus. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
