Conducts preventive and corrective inspections, tests, and parameterization **Description** The Electrical Technician is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency of equipment and installations. Works on preventive and corrective inspections, project development, electrical testing, and equipment parameterization, in compliance with company standards and occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and preserve tools, equipment, and instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary. * Adhere to production planning as outlined in cell reports and instructions from supervisors. * Accurately enter maintenance information into the FAS system and request Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required. * Immediately report any incidents or failures during task execution to the responsible supervisor. * Undertake business travel as required. **General Activities** * Assembly and connection of electrical systems, including distribution panels, cables, and equipment. * Execution of inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical components, both preventively and reactively. * Development of electrical installation projects, considering technical standards, safety, and energy efficiency. * Application of electrical installation safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conducting tests and measurements to ensure system and equipment quality. * Preparation of technical reports, layouts, and other documents related to installation and maintenance. **Segment-Specific Activities** * Disassembly and assembly of motors, generators, transformers, and substation yard equipment, including switchgear cubicles. * Performing electrical tests on motors, generators, and transformers. * Operation of thermovacuum and vacuum pumps. * Operation of ultra-dry air central systems. * Preventive maintenance of substation yard equipment and switchgear cubicles. * Maintenance of air conditioning systems and air drying central systems. * Parameterization of frequency inverters, soft starters, and electronic controllers. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to work quality.
