




Job Summary: An Electrical Engineering professional to conduct risk assessments and prepare judicial technical opinions in repossession and adverse possession proceedings, validating demolitions and safety distances. On-site validation of structures to be demolished REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; intermediate proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office and Internet, for document typing and formatting, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as needed; fluency in written communication, with strong writing and informative text comprehension skills; physical and mental fitness commensurate with the nature and responsibilities of the position; interpersonal skills; ability to handle adverse situations and demonstrate initiative appropriate to the role; technical capability to interpret images captured by Field Agents within safety corridors—critical for preparing documentation supporting CONTRACTORS' legal proceedings; and authorization to operate a hypsometer. ACTIVITIES: Conduct high-complexity risk assessments; accompany expert investigations in high-complexity repossession and/or adverse possession cases arising from encroachments on transmission and distribution line rights-of-way where invasion notifications have been issued; prepare judicial technical opinions based on expert reports generated during high-complexity investigations; and perform on-site validation of structures to be demolished in high-complexity judicial proceedings, as well as verify safety distances between energized conductors and other obstacles.
