**Position: Real Estate Marketing Intern** We are looking for a creative and organized intern to join our marketing team! You will support content creation and daily department activities, helping to strengthen the brand’s presence on social media and in the day-to-day operations of the real estate agency. **Your responsibilities** Create visuals for posts, stories, and campaigns (using Canva or Photoshop); Assist with organizing and scheduling social media posts; Write captions and texts under supervisor guidance; Perform basic photo editing of properties, events, and behind-the-scenes content; Support the organization of the marketing image bank and files; Create institutional and commercial support materials, such as flyers and presentations; Assist with internal and institutional brand communication; Provide support at events and promotional activities; Pre\-lead qualification from campaign leads; **Requirements** Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; Strong written communication skills and aesthetic sense; Basic knowledge of social media and design; Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools; Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. **Preferred qualifications** Interest in the real estate market and Rio de Janeiro’s lifestyle; Ease with design and visual creation.
