




Job Summary: As a Representative, you serve as the liaison between BusUp and the client, providing on-site support, instructing users, guiding drivers, and identifying improvements in chartered transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. Acts as essential support and the primary direct contact point with the client. 2. Focuses on identifying improvements and making strategic decisions. 3. The Representative serves as BusUp’s eyes at the client site. Due to proximity to the Point of Contact (POC), the Representative often receives information more quickly than the Executive, who therefore relies on the Representative for handling related matters. Because the Representative absorbs demands more rapidly due to on-site presence at the client location, joint action planning and decision-making with the Executive accelerates this process. Additionally, the Representative plays a fundamental role in supporting and instructing users, guiding drivers, identifying route/stop improvements or corrections, and providing daily assistance to clients regarding any questions related to chartered transportation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support and guidance to HR / Facilities teams regarding chartered transportation requests and tasks they must perform within the system. * Support and/or participate in integration / onboarding of new client employees for BUSUP orientation. * Identify critical issues and areas for improvement, and share findings with the Executive to facilitate decision-making. * Manage yard operations and record identified incidents to jointly develop and implement an action plan with the Executive. * Monitor boarding control, verifying whether all drivers are performing required scans and correctly using the BUSUP application. * Map vehicles—identifying those with and without BUSUP vehicle identification and associated route information. * Must reside in Varginha or Eloi Mendes. **Compensation and Benefits:** R$2\.340 \+ Transportation Allowance, including: * Meal Voucher (R$38/day); * Gympass (fitness and wellness allowance); * Health Insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% covered by the employee); * Conexa Saúde — Expert support channel (nutrition, psychology); * Birthday DayOff Interested?
