




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing large-scale meal production, including menu planning, process supervision, quality control, and team management, with a focus on good practices and food safety. Leadership and development of operational teams * Knowledge of general large-scale meal production. * Plan menus, prepare procurement orders for food items, supervise food production and physical facilities; implement previously developed plans. * Implement and follow standardized operational procedures, good practices manual, and food quality control methods. * Supervise production processes and procedures to ensure staff and environmental safety and hygiene. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sanitary Surveillance regulations and Federal Inspection Service standards. Monitor non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions. * Analyze and track quantitative and qualitative unit performance results, monitoring daily costs. * Knowledge of personnel management, technical and behavioral training of staff, and recruitment and selection of operational teams. * Conduct training on good food handling practices for staff. * Hands-on and proactive profile. * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition. * Active CRN registration. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial restaurant management is desirable. * Must reside near Sarzedo or in an easily accessible region.
