




Job Summary: As a Field Representative, you serve as the primary point of contact between BusUp and the client, providing on-site support, guidance to users and drivers, and identifying improvements in corporate chartered transportation operations. The Field Representative serves as BusUp's eyes at the client's site. Due to proximity to the Point of Contact (POC), the Field Representative often receives information more quickly than the Executive and therefore seeks the Executive’s support for related matters. Because the Field Representative absorbs demands more rapidly due to on-site presence at the client’s location, collaborative action planning and decision-making with the Executive makes this process more agile. Additionally, the Field Representative plays a fundamental role in supporting and instructing users, and guiding drivers. This includes identifying route/stop improvements or corrections, and providing daily support to the client regarding all chartered transportation-related questions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing support and guidance to HR / Facilities teams on chartered transportation requests and tasks they must perform within the system. * Supporting and/or participating in the integration / onboarding of new client employees during BUSUP introductions. * Identifying areas requiring attention or improvement, and sharing findings with the Executive to facilitate decision-making. * Managing daily operations at the depot and recording any incidents encountered, to jointly develop and execute an action plan with the Executive. * Monitoring boarding control, verifying whether all drivers are correctly performing scans and properly using the BUSUP app. * Mapping vehicles to identify which ones display BUSUP branding and route information. * Residing in Varginha or Elói Mendes. **Compensation and Benefits:** R$2.340 + Transportation Allowance, including: * Meal Allowance (R$38/day); * Gympass (gym and wellness assistance); * Health Insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% covered by the employee); * Conexa Saúde – Specialist support channel (nutrition, psychology); * Birthday DayOff Interested?
