This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:** Support the Independent Verification Management in the following activities: * Preparing performance indicator evaluation reports; * Developing qualitative and quantitative analyses based on field-collected data and/or data obtained through systems; * Managing and monitoring projects and processes; * Proposing improvements to reports and processes. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Public Administration, State Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word and Excel); * Strong technical writing skills; * Desirable knowledge: PowerPoint, Power BI, QGIS; * Driver’s license category B is desirable; **PARTNERSHIPS:** * Gympass * Corporate University * Health Program * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
