This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** Work in the Labs, focusing on cost management and financial planning, with strong use of **data analysis** to support decision-making and agile transformation initiatives. We seek an analytical profile with solid Excel and data skills, capable of structuring information, supporting decisions, and developing expertise in analytics and automation. Responsibilities * Support financial planning and monitoring for the area (budgeted vs. actual); * Structure, organize, and enhance existing manual financial databases and controls, with heavy reliance on Excel; * Support development of executive materials by combining financial analysis and data visualization (analyses, dashboards, and presentations); * Analyze technology, personnel, contract, supplier, and consulting costs; * Support financial forecasting, simulations, and impact analyses; * Support innovation initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in data analysis, cost analysis, budgeting, financial planning, or related areas; * Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and ease in managing multiple contexts; * Knowledge of SQL and/or Python; * Advanced Excel (data structuring, analyses beyond basic functions); * Data knowledge (no need to be a developer).
