




Responsible for developing, structuring, updating, and optimizing all processes related to people management: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation and management, benefits—aligned with HR management policies—serving all companies within the group, with the objective of creating and implementing methods that enhance professional development and employee outcomes, acting as a strategic partner to all teams in pursuit of organizational results. * Select professionals according to the job description approved by senior management, using various job posting channels; evaluate candidates through competency-based interviews, application of specific knowledge tests, and behavioral assessments, aiming to bring individuals aligned with the role requirements and company culture. * Process new hires’ admissions, formalizing the employment offer while adhering to remuneration policies. * Develop onboarding schedules for new employees, ensuring introductions to all departments, as well as policies, rights, responsibilities, and conduct guidelines. * Monitor new employees’ performance through evaluations administered prior to the end of their 45- and 90-day probationary periods. * Conduct research and studies related to people management (compensation and benefits) whenever necessary to maintain balanced costs. * Lead people management projects: implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), digitization of Personnel Department activities, execution of tasks related to the 9Box framework (scheduling coaching sessions, evaluations, and feedback sessions for leaders and their team members). * Based on Individual Development Plans identified in performance evaluations, determine training needs and jointly develop training content and schedules with leaders and managers to accelerate team results delivery. * Lead internal marketing initiatives: define themes in accordance with the calendar approved by senior management; research materials and suppliers (promotional items, food, beverages, decorations); obtain quotations; submit budgets to Finance for procurement; and assume responsibility for organizing internal events. * Implement systems and other tools contracted by the company to ensure reliability and organization of departmental information.
