### **Responsibilities:**
* Perform building maintenance, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Develop maintenance plans and activity schedules.
* Control inventory and materials required for maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
* Report and resolve technical issues that may impact company operations;

* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in building maintenance.
* Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems.
* Ability to lead teams and effectively solve problems.

* Certifications or courses in maintenance will be considered a plus.
